I've got a service from Vibas for Year End on Quickfile. It was seamless operations as all requirements had been defined by a portal which describes what they need. After accounting,.he gave some advices on pension that's very helpful . He had also claimed the flat-rate use-of-home tax allowance from HMRC on my behalf that I were not aware of. I've got a proper answers for my questions. So, I've decided to buy Self-Assessment .service from Vibas. I recommend Vibas strongly for those who makes own their accounting through a SaaS web accounting software such as Quickfile, Quickbooks, Xero, Freeagent.

Really quick and easy to use service
Having missed my filing deadline after my original (£144 a month) accountant was hit by a cyber attack, I was getting pretty stressed.
I put my data into QuickFile which led me to Vibas. I was asked a couple of questions and uploaded some documents via the portal and my accounts were filed in just over a week.
I would definitely recommend Vibas.

An uneven service at a keen price
In order to deliver a service at a very keen price, it is inevitable that some compromises have to be made. So I found with my year end accounts preparation last year which needed me to keep a close tab on several matters to ensure some Quickfile anomalies were dealt with satisfactorily. My main disappointment was that the roll-over of a previous trading loss was overlooked which, but for my beady eye would have resulted in my company paying more CT.

There are no compromises on the quality of our work due to price. We carry out checks on the bookkeeping over and above what is required for service quoted in order to ensure that.
Tax calculations are only done after the accounts are finalised as is common practise. You highlighted an omission before the assessment proceedures had kicked in. I am sorry but I do not accept your assertion that you may have paid more. I do understand how you may have been left with that impression as it was not explained at the time.
We identified a number of anomalies with the bookkeeping on Quickfile which we brought to your attention and work with you to correct over two weeks. I do not understand how that was characterized as 'uneven'

Excellent service compiling and submitting my co tax return at short notice
My company income has dropped due to C19 and I had difficulty justifying my previous accountancy fees. I thought I could do it myself and signed up to Quickfile. It soon became clear that even though very small I did not know how to put everything together properly and I was running out of time to get the accounts in and CT paid. I noted the "Get a Quote" tag and clicked on it, not expecting to see anything interesting.
Amazed at the prices quoted compared to what I paid in the past.
I selected Adrians company on the basis of the reviews which seemed very good - but I have issues with internet reviews so do not take them as gospel.
In this instance they were spot on.
I received an email from Adrian very quickly and after uploading the usual documents onto their web filing site I had nothing else to do other than review and approve the accounts. CT is now paid, on time, and I am very relieved.
There is no question what I will be doing next year and I feel very relaxed about it

I do not leave that many reviews out on the Web but I had to for Adrian@Vibas and I will explain why with some context.
I was looking for an accountant to handle my business accounts (end of year HMRC & Companies House) and prior to finding Vibas I used another firm. This firm started the work then suddenly turned around and said they couldn't help me and dropped me with no explanation. Luckily I found Vibas, contacted them and everything worked quite smoothly from there on in. I use QuickFiles as do they so they had access to all the accounts I had. Adrian is assisting me in cleaning up my QuickFiles so that next time round it will be even easier. He has dealt with my accounts (not a large account by any means) very quickly and efficiently, the portal they use for uploads, etc is pretty straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vibas wholeheartedly and intend to use them for my yearly accounts and where I hope to expand will use them for advice.

Super smooth experience for first submission of End of Year Accounts
Running a micro business and overseeing all of my own bookkeeping on Quickfile, I don't need an accounting package with all the bells and whistles (and can't justify the expense either).
Vibas were able to offer exactly what I needed (End of Year Accounts and filing) at an incredible price. Because they're familiar with Quickfile themselves, the experience was seamless and the ball was rolling in a few clicks.
I actually phoned up Vibas beforehand to discuss my needs and they arranged a call back within 10 minutes. I was happy to have a straightforward, no-nonsense chat with Adrian, who answered all my questions.
